DELIVERIES AND ORDERS – CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR PERIOD

In order for your ordered products to arrive on time before Christmas, please keep in mind the following important information regarding placing orders and their delivery during the holiday period.

🎄 Orders before Christmas

• Orders placed by December 20th have the best chance of being delivered by December 24th, depending on the courier and location.
• Orders placed between December 21–23 can be processed, but there is minimal chance that they will arrive before Christmas, due to the very high volume of deliveries.
• Orders placed on December 24th can be processed, but delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.

⚠️ Important

During the holidays, Destress Shop will operate at reduced capacity.

Orders placed after December 20th may be processed, but shipping and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Most orders placed between the holidays will be shipped starting January 7th, once normal business capacity returns.

📌 Delivery also depends on the schedule and flow of couriers, which may experience delays during this period. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid possible delays.
